DALE CITY ANIMAL HOSPITAL CLASSES
You MUST mail or deliver forms and payment to Dale City Animal Hospital on or before the Monday prior to class start. Make sure you read the class policy as well!
Forms and payment not in by the cutoff may result in the inability to get into the desired class. PLEASE allow 5 business days for mail delivery.

(Hand delivery - they are located in the Ashdale Plaza on Dale Boulevard between I-95 and Gideon.
Make all checks or money orders out to Karen Peak.
